RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and refunds are accepted up to 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in an unworn or unused condition. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage which is non-refundable. Please contact me before returning to make me aware and a refund will only be processed once the items have been received back at Aurora + Marie.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact me so that I can arrange a repair or replacement.
Unfortunately I can only accept returns on personalized items if they are faulty or damaged.
